Fulfillment Policy

1. Ticket Purchase Confirmation

Upon successful purchase of your orchestra concert ticket, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will serve as your official ticket, which includes important event details and instructions for the concert day.

2. Ticket Delivery

All tickets will be automatically sent via email immediately after your payment is successfully processed. Each ticket contains a unique QR code that will be required for check-in/registration at the concert venue.

  • Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout to receive your ticket without delay.
  • If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello.tuttiwind@gmail.com.

3. QR Code for Check-in

Each ticket issued includes a unique QR code, which is necessary for entry to the concert. On the day of the event, please present this QR code either on your mobile device or as a printed copy at the registration counter.

  • Each QR code can only be used once for check-in. Duplicate or unauthorized use of a QR code will not grant entry.

4. Non-Transferable

Tickets purchased are non-transferable and are assigned specifically to the purchaser's name and email address.

5. No Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled after purchase, except in cases where the concert is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.

6. Concert Rescheduling or Cancellation

In the event of a concert rescheduling or cancellation, you will be notified via email with further instructions. If the concert is cancelled, a refund or an option to attend the rescheduled event will be provided.
